Do I receive a live Reiki session?

You will receive the full benefits of Reiki without a live or in-person session. Reiki energy will be channeled and sent through each of your chakras, so although you will not be meeting and laying down for a live session, you will still feel and receive the full benefits of the practice, as well as all of the shamanic work done within the chakras.

What shamanic work could be done in my chakras?

Each person is different, so each tune up is different. That’s the beauty of being a “channel” or “messenger” for this work; I don’t get to police your healing journey. I simply get to help guide it with love and pure intention. Some common themes in my shamanic work done in hundreds of previous assessments include:

1. Reconnecting you with your God or your highest self in your crown chakra

2. Sitting with the negative thoughts inside your third eye that have been bullying you for months or years, and performing a “fire release ceremony” within the chakra to release the negative energy (aka – fighting the bully that’s been living in your head rent free with the help of your spirit guides)

3. Removing “boulders” or blockages from the throat chakra so it’s easier for you to speak up for yourself (or speak more kindly to/about yourself)

4. Sitting with the pain that the heart chakra is holding, whether that be from a breakup, a loved one passing, a sudden career change, or any other jarring or traumatic experience. We often nurture any grief, rage or pain stored in the heart before either releasing it or transmuting it

5. Reconnecting you with your inner child in the solar plexus and acknowledging any pain that comes with your childhood memories

6. Dancing with both the pain and the pleasure found in the sacral chakra, and deepening your connection to your own creativity and desires

7. Strengthening your relationship to your lineage and your ancestors in the root chakra. We often plant seeds for the season ahead in this chakra, creating a more stable foundation for you to move forward
   

What will happen once I purchase the tune-up?

Within 3 business days of purchasing the tune up, you’ll receive the Reiki energy plus my shamanic assessment of your chakras emailed to you in a PDF format.

In regards to the Reiki itself, you may feel some tingling, hot or cold, or other subtle sensations in your body when the assessment is being done. You may laugh or tear up unexpectedly as we move some stagnant emotions from your energetic body. You may receive some intuitive messages from your ancestors or spirit guides during this time as well.

Anything you experience from the Reiki energy, from slight bodily sensations to emotional breakthroughs, simply means that we’re moving stuck energy through your chakras and are realigning your energetic body.

What qualifies you to do this type of energy work?

I’m a Reiki Master and Ancestral Shaman, although those are just titles I’ve picked up along my journey.

I’ve been able to communicate with the ancestors and travel between the human and spirit worlds since I was five years old.

I’m able to dance with your demons while staying in the light because I’ve spent the last six years dancing with mine. I am able to sit with your pain and nurture your darkness because I had to teach myself how to nurture my own.

I am who I needed when I needed someone; and now I get to be that person for you.

I don’t have all the answers for your own healing journey, nor will I ever front and tell you that I do. What I do have is an extraordinary capacity to sit in the darkness and play with the shadows that find solace in your soul. And I have been shown time and time again that our greatest power and our brightest light lies on the other side of that darkness.
